Today is the Double Feast of Saint Teresa of Avila, Virgin and Religious Foundress

Oremus / Let us pray
Harken unto us, O God, our Saviour that as we rejoice in the festival of blessed Teresa, Thy virgin, so we may find food for the nourishment of our souls in her heavenly doctrine, and be instructed by the affection of pious devotion. Through our Lord Jesus Christ, Thy Son, Who liveth and reigneth with Thee in the unity of the Holy Ghost, God, forever and ever. Amen.

Litany of Saint Teresa of Jesus, the Glory of Spain

Lord, have mercy on us!
Christ, have mercy on us!
Lord, have mercy on us!
Christ, hear us.
Christ, graciously hear us.
God, the Father of heaven,
Have mercy on us.
God the Son, Redeemer of the world,
Have mercy on us.
God the Holy Ghost, the Sanctifier,
Have mercy on us.
Holy Trinity, one God,
Have mercy on us.
